Overseas Office of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government researches the overseas or domestic situation about overseas Chinese and studies the introduction of overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots’ capital, technology and talents. Overseas Office of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government provides information and makes recommendations for the relevant departments.
